How much does a website or app cost?
Every project is scoped individually — a WordPress business site, a custom Laravel platform and a cross-platform mobile app are very different builds. After a free consultation, you get a clear, fixed quote with no hidden fees. We work with budgets from small business to enterprise.
How long does a typical project take?
A business website typically takes 4–8 weeks; a custom web application or mobile app 10–16 weeks depending on scope. Marketing engagements are ongoing monthly programs. You'll get a timeline with milestones before we start, and weekly updates while we build.
Do you work with businesses outside Metro Vancouver?
Yes. Development, design and marketing are delivered remotely to clients anywhere in the world. On-site field services (POS, networking, AV, data center, EUC) are available across Metro Vancouver — Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley and surrounding areas.
What technologies do you build with?
Web: PHP, Laravel, NodeJS, CakePHP, Django, Angular and WordPress. Mobile: native Swift/Kotlin plus Flutter and React Native. We recommend the stack that fits your project — never the other way around.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes — launch is the beginning, not the end. Our managed services cover maintenance, security updates, backups, QA and 24/7 monitoring, with plans sized to your needs. Most clients stay with us long after their project ships.
Can you take over an existing website or app?
Absolutely. We regularly inherit projects from other agencies or in-house teams. We start with a code and infrastructure audit, tell you honestly what's worth keeping, and take it from there.
How does the on-site field service dispatch work?
Tell us the site, the task and your window. We scope it up front, schedule during business hours, after hours or weekends, send a certified technician, and hand over documentation and photos when the work is done. Single visits and multi-site rollouts both welcome.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — happy to sign your NDA before discussing your project, or provide ours. Your idea and data stay confidential either way.
How do payments work?
Projects are typically split into milestone payments — a deposit to begin, then payments tied to agreed deliverables. Monthly services (marketing, managed IT) are billed monthly with no long lock-ins.
